Thomas R.B. Watson

Soldier, Poet, Pianist, Gentleman – Tom valued the title of Corrosion Engineer above all. Through his long and storied career, the founder and first President of Corrosion Service Company Limited held many patents and was recognized for his pioneering work. He Possessed even more Accolades for his ability to inspire and guide the industry’s young minds.

After Service as Vice President of NACE in 1963 and ’64, Tow was awarded one of the industry’s most prestigious mantels the following year, being named the organization’s President. He was the first of three CSCL employees to serve as NACE President, a distinction unmatched by any other company in the world.
